Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and bestselling novelist. Her talent has earned her international recognition. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She is the oldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne who is a psychology student.
